EUSIPCO-2008 has pre-booked a large number of hotel rooms in Lausanne, covering a wide range of categories, from palaces to youth hotels. Their location, as well as the location of the Conference Centre (Palais de Beaulieu), can be found on the detailed map of Lausanne available here.Hotel reservations have to be done through the main conference registration page, simultaneously to your conference registration. If you want to change your hotel reservation (arrival/departure dates, room category, etc), please send an email to Mrs. Florence Jaggi (Lausanne Tourism Office). Guarantee and Cancellation PolicyIn order to guarantee your hotel request, your credit card details will be given to the hotel. The reservation is confirmed only with a credit card number.In the event of cancellation the following terms will apply: Free Public Transporations in LausanneThe Lausanne Transport Card gives any guest staying in Lausanne free and unrestricted access to all public transport services in the city (bus, train, metro). This personalised card is given to each visitor by the hotel or guest house on arrival at their place of accommodation. It is valid for the duration of the reservation, including the arrival and departure days. |
