Registration
Deadline for authors' registration: May 31st, 2008.
EUSIPCO-2008 has three registration periods and fees:
Early Registration: before June 30th
Late Registration: after June 30th till conference start
On-site Registration
For each registration mode, if the payment is not received by the relevant
deadline, the subsequent higher rate will be charged. No multiple
registrations for groups of attendees are allowed, sorry.
A full registration by (at least) one of the paper (co)authors is
required for each accepted paper with payment before May 31st , 2008.
Papers that have not been associated with a full registration by one the
paper (co)authors by May 31st will not be published in the EUSIPCO 2008
proceedings. By registering for a paper, you declare your (and, if that paper
has more than one author, your coauthors') consent to the paper's
publication in the EUSIPCO 2008 proceedings.
The paper number you have to indicate in the registration form is NOT what
EDAS calls "Manuscript Identifier", but it is the Paper # starting with 1569...
that appears in the title of the EDAS submission page and confirmation emails.
If you are an author, you may associate with your (full) registration no more
than three papers of which you are (co)author.
In addition to a full registration, each paper can be associated to an
unlimited number of student registrations at the reduced rate below.
Conference participants who require an invitation letter (for visa application) have to check the corresponding box in the registration form. Invitation letters will be sent by email only when the payment of registration fee will have been received.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations will be considered only upon reception by the Organizing Secretariat of a written request. Cancellation requests
received before July 15th will receive a refund of 70% of the total payment.
No refunds will be granted after that date.

One copy of CD-ROM proceedings
Free access to the tutorial and to the Industrial workshops (Although access to the tutorials is free, for organisational reasons registration is mandatory. If you want to attend a tutorial, please check the corresponding box on the registration form).
All participants must register on-line. It will always be possible to add items to your registration later on, such as additional Gala dinner tickets or tickets to other additional social events. See the description of the procedure hereafter.

Once registered, you will receive confirmation emails summarizing your registration.
If you want to ADD items to an existing registration (additional banquet tickets, additional CD-ROMs, additional registration to companion program activities), please do it through this special web page and choose "registration" in the nenu on the left of that page.
If you want to change your hotel reservation (arrival/departure dates, room category, etc) or REMOVE any item from your registration, please send an email to Mrs. Florence Jaggi (Lausanne Tourism Office).
