PAPER SUBMISSION FOR EUSIPCO-2008 IS CLOSED since Feb. 20th.
CAMERA-READY PAPERS
Accepted papers must be uploaded in their final version ("camera-ready") before May 31st, 2008. To upload your camera-ready paper, please go through the following steps:
1) Format your contribution according to the instructions given in any of the two files below. Read them carefully to verify that your paper is correctly formatted before going to step 2.
You may want to directly use the pre-formatted WORD or LaTeX templates, but you are free to use whatever word processing software you are accustomed to, provided that you closely follow the instructions appearing in the .pdf template.
2) Upload your paper in PDF by following the link indicated in the email that you have received, announcing the acceptance of your paper. You can also do this through your EDAS account.
COPYRIGHT FORMS
For each accepted paper, the EUSIPCO Copyright Form has to be filled, signed and sent back to EUSIPCO. You will find the Copyright Form here.
Once completed and signed, the form has to be returned to us by fax at the following fax number: +41 21 560 4002.
The Copyright Form of each accepted paper has to be received by the same deadline as the Camera-Ready paper, i.e. by May 31st, 2008.
IMPORTANT NOTICES:
A full registration by (at least) one of the paper (co)authors is required for each accepted paper. The payment must be received by the deadline of the author registration (May 31st, 2008 - the conference registration site will be opened in due time). Papers that have not been associated with a full registration by one of the paper (co)authors will not be published in the EUSIPCO 2008 proceedings. If you are an author, you may associate with your (full) registration no more than three papers of which you are (co)author.
Best student paper award: best paper awards will be presented to authors with student status. The student author's name must appear first on the paper. To be recognized as student author, you must ensure that your profile in EDAS indicates your student status. You can check this by editing your profile ("My profile" button in EDAS) and checking your status as indicated at the bottom of the profile page. A proof of eligibility will be requested in due time for the finalists of the award competition.
By submitting a paper to EUSIPCO-2008, you recognize that you or one of your co-authors will have to attend the Conference and present the paper in case of acceptance of your paper.
All papers must be submitted in PDF, and all fonts used must be embedded in the PDF file. The EDAS system will automatically check this and generate an error message if fonts are not embedded.
